The first book of 2017

Sitting in the library of Wilde, one of my favorite local spots, enjoying a little holiday cheer under Oscar's watchful gaze. After cocktails and snacks, there's one of the city's fine indies, Unabridged, just down the street. #happyplace #getindie

Nowadays people know the price of everything and the value of nothing.

Finally started Penny Dreadful and loving all the literary characters. So far I'm rating it two male butts since that's how many I've seen in the first two episodes.

About half way through ... So far so good. Loving the way Wilde uses words. Never was assigned to read this book while in school so I had to give it a go. Also, when in Santa Cruz, check out their book shop!
