pickA soft pick for this one. It started well with a woman buying her grandparents' old inn that has been out of the family for a while. Surprise, surprise, it needs a bunch of work and there JUST SO HAPPENS to be a hunky contractor in town!!! But somewhere around 3/4 through it's like Naigle decided she needed MORE DRAMA so even though Liz has been over-the-moon excited about this whole inn thing, when she trips and breaks her ankle all of a⬇️

pickA sweet, fast read about a woman who saves up to be able to buy her grandparents‘ Appalachian B&B where she spent idyllic childhood summers. She purchases it through an auction, leaves her job, sells her house, hires a contractor and works to make her lifelong dream of re-opening come true. Turns out her contractor has had a crush on her since they were kids. I enjoyed this heartwarming story of family, community and following your dream. 4/5⭐️⬇️
