This sequel was a real page-turner, unlike the first installment; I couldn't put it down. Lots of techie elements that a geeky person would love. I personally loved this one compared to book one. The plot was engaging and the story and characters had significant growth and transformation. This had angst and emotions and Truman Show vibes. Beware it ends on a cliffhanger.

Definitely not the Blake Crouch I was expecting, but book 2 was much better than book 1, and now I'm invested enough to finish the trilogy.

We're done painting the living room! I have no idea how to build the bookshelves that I want, but we're going to try to draw up some plans and begin next week. 😁😁
Side note: I vividly remember downloading Litsy when I had just moved to the cheapest apartment in Boise, Idaho where I'd made bookshelves out of scrap wood and cinderblocks, and now we're looking at putting built-ins in our house in Nebraska. Life is crazy. 🤍

Book #2 in the series is great. Number 1 built everything up do that book 2 makes sense. Ethan is put in the position of knowing why is real and what isn‘t and has to decide if he‘s going to play along or not. Can‘t wait to ready book #3.

This series is really enjoyable, this book, the second book in the series is even better then the first. A dark and twisted story that leave you at the edge of your seat as the story continues to ramp up to it's explosive third book. Can't wait to finish the series and watch the show!

An entertaining read and I immediately started the 3rd book.

Just bought this, and the third book in this trilogy from Amazon Kindle store. Paid $1.99 for each. I think the first book, Pines, is on sale as well, but I have that paperback. I'm stoked! 🤩

So if you are a fan of Twin Peaks TV show from the 80s then this is right up your ally. This psychological Thriller has you questioning what is real and what is not. It is a trippy read and had me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end.
