Time for some King Arthur as today we‘ve arrived at Tintagel. Hope you packed your walking boots! #VirtualTour

How was Thursday? Very bitty today but got some productive things done, including responding to a lot of emails with parents. Got a lovely ‘thank you for the wonderful job you have done and are doing to keep everyone safe, and keeping us updated‘. What a great way to start the day! 🥰

#Dailycheckin

BookwormM Ahh nice to be appreciated. My brother and family went to Tintagel in the holidays I was so jealous really must get there one day. Had a viewer for the house today said she loved it would come back for another viewing with husband and then we have heard nothing 🤷‍♀️ 4y
TheSpineView It is great when people take the time to recognize you. As for me, not too busy today. Same as yesterday mostly. Just wondering when business is going to pick up. I have enjoyed the extra days off but my pocketbook is not so happy. Just hoping next year will be better. 4y

Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick We so often hear the complaints. How nice to get a note of thanks and praise. This area looks beautiful. I'd love to find an out of the way spot and read King Arthur there. I'm in the office again today. Drove around to check out the local businesses and see how they are recovering. Now I'm helping the manager get some new programs up & running as he's not tech savvy at all. Being up here 3 days in a row makes me miss my dog, yoga, & reading. 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Thank you Andrew!! How are you? I‘m good, just tired! I hope things are going well with you and school!! 4y
CocoReads Gorgeous views! Today, despite being severely understaffed, hasn‘t been too bad. 2.5 hours to go! 4y
JanuarieTimewalker13 Holy Cannoli!!! I have I never seen England properly!! I had no idea it was this gorgeous!!! Thank you for opening my eyes, Andrew!! Today was fair to middling. Woke up to my living room smelling like a casino (second hand smoke from unit below) and I sent off a letter requesting that our condo complex go smoke free (I can dream, can‘t I?). After that, I had to go to hospital for blood, so that was pretty much my whole day. I‘m super exhausted now 4y
Velvetfur Oohh Tintagel! I've always wanted to go there, I love Arthurian everything 🙂 I'm so glad to hear you had such a lovely comment to start the day, that's so sweet 💜 I had a day out in town with my parents (mostly Mum as Dad kept going off somewhere else!). Too many people about for my liking, I had to have eyes everywhere to protect my 78-year-old Mum, I just worried all day. Maybe that's a bit like being a parent! 😂 4y
kezzlou85 @Andrew65 sounds like just what you needed to hear. Today started out badly daughter had a really bad panic attack this morning but she ended the day catching the bus home so a huge step taken. 4y
Andrew65 @kezzlou85 Sorry to hear that, hopefully things will settle down for her now. 4y
Andrew65 @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Like you very tired, only 8 days in the school year but so many challenges and non stop work. But children all settled back in. Going as well as they can. It only be a matter of time before we have a case I‘m sure! 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur It‘s a magical area. 4y
Andrew65 @JanuarieTimewalker13 That‘s bad, you don‘t want that smell. 😡 It is beautiful, (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads Hope the rest of the day was good. 4y
Andrew65 @Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick Yes nice to hear the other side. 4y
Andrew65 @TheSpineView Please God, next year has to be a better year. 🙏 4y
Andrew65 @BookwormM I wonder if he didn‘t want to move. You‘d love Tintagel. 4y
CocoReads @Andrew65 it was not bad. Made an emergency pizza run because the pharmacist wanted pizza and since we weren‘t busy I could slip away for the 10 minutes it took me to zip to the place and zip back. The benefits of a small hospital in a small town. 4y
Lynnsoprano @Andrew65 Of course they should appreciate you! Glad you had some positive feedback. Our new shutters were installed today, and there‘s an ominous looking system coming off Africa. Hoping we won‘t need to test the shutters. 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @Andrew65 yes, we are already having them here.. 😞 4y
JacqMac Hi everyone. Sorry I went a little MIA for a bit. Things got crazy here. My hubby just woke up with amnesia one day. We spent 12 hrs in the ER. He recovered. Mostly. But he changed a lot. And our marriage changed. When they did the scans, they found an aneurysm in his brain. We are still dealing with that bit. Meanwhile our middle kid moved out. We only have one left. So the nest is also getting empty. I missed you all. And I‘ll try to catch up. (edited) 4y
JacqMac @Andrew65 I‘m glad you are getting some appreciation for all the work you have been doing. 4y
