quirkyreader What always gets me about Acts was how God was able to help bring about change. Saul becoming Paul. He goes from being a worldly person who is following the crowd and persecuting believers, aiding in Stephen‘s demise. Then meeting Jesus and God. They changed his heart. He became a person full of love for his neighbour, and sought redemption for his acts. 2y

BookBabe @quirkyreader Yes! That gives me so much hope. If God could do this with Paul, He could save anyone! Nobody is beyond redemption. We need to keep praying for those who aren‘t yet saved! 2y

sherri This was a refreshing break from what I've been reading for my yearlong plan. I finished Judges today, which ends particularly roughly. Proverbs was a nice palate cleanser. 3y

Gorgeous day today, almost 70 degrees, fresh delicious clean air. I went to the lake with my new Bible to spend some time with the Lord and enjoy a simple picnic lunch of apple butter sandwiches.
