It‘s marketed as a memoir, but early on she claims it‘s not one because she‘s not old enough to write a memoir—so it‘s unclear what this book is really meant to be. Read for #Roll100 as #57 Any #BOTM Cozy fantasy has become a favorite genre of mine & this was a sweet story with a found family, which I also love. Tao is a seer who masquerades as a teller of small fortunes to stay under the radar of the Guild. A loner except for her cart & donkey, she finds herself traveling with 3 strangers who become her friends/family on a quest to help one of them. Good balm for a dark January.
