This is pretty much how I felt upon hearing my #AuldLangSpine match is @monalyisha 😆 So excited about this list—there are only two I‘ve already read (Tuck Everlasting is a childhood favorite and Thank You for Listening was also on my #ALSpine2024 list!). Several I‘ve been wanting to read, and several others have now caught my eye. Another post will follow with my reading plans (once the dust settles from my frenzy of library hold-placing).

I work as a Children‘s Librarian & I‘m hosting an Interactive Movie during break week (where the kids get a kit full of props/movie magic, & then do certain things at certain times during the viewing). Guess which movie we‘re watching? 🤠🧑🚀🦖 I just did a *very* close re-watch *very* recently! Perfect timing with this joke. Nailed it. 😉 11mo

monalyisha @Chelsea.Poole @BarbaraJean Confession Time: *Technically,* I read Lost & Found in 2022. I didn‘t get to put it on last year‘s #ALSpine list, though, because I read it at the *very* end of the year, after lists were already sent out. But there was no way I wasn‘t putting it on AN Auld Lang Spine list! It was too good to keep to myself. Not a fast read, by any means…it‘s slow & contemplative — but I‘m completely fine with that. 11mo
