Im not sure if this fits but i guess as a description it may work as a bad self portrait. This is always in my top books of all time because my dad was from south Wales and the wonderful stories evoke memories of trips to swansea, and the better image on the biog is by Augustus john and i often liked to view it when i was at uni in Cardiff.

Billypar Ha- agreed: well-chosen 😸. I like books about shenanigans, and I know I tried/intended to find an audio version of one of his to put on hold, but I'm not sure if I found one. Gonna take another look at doing that.... 5y

Cinfhen Excellent interpretation. So I only read Year of Living Biblically & I definitely saw the humor and thought AJ was very respectful in regards to the Jewish faith/religion but the story for me was not that interesting over time bc I‘m familiar with most of these ancient laws/ customs. I think the wife is a saint!!!! @Billypar it‘s an easy read - hopefully it‘ll be a good listen 👍🏻🎧 5y

Billypar I've seen this! so funny and such a great idea 😂😂 On the challenge front, there are so many times where an idea pops in my head and my brain has to remind me- 'that is not a book, that is another song'. In any event you'll never hear me ask for less musical references! 5y
