I am visiting my parents this week and have been tasked with going through anything left from my childhood room. That means mostly books! Who else read the Georgia Nicholson books? They were so funny!! These are definitely keepers.

I found this book in a Little Free Library and couldn't resist taking it. I really enjoyed the first book in the series, and this one also did not disappoint. It's very fun and often ridiculous. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series.
Happy International Women‘s Day!🤍
This is the first book that popped to mind for a #Gold cover. I see I have posted 3 out of 4 entries for this book, now 4 out of 5. And I am not even sorry! This series is amazing 🤣
The cover is shiny gold so it can be hard to get a decent snap of sometimes. I cheated and googled one 😋

I think I‘ve been reading this series for decades, pulling the next one out when I need a light, funny, eye-rolling teen story. I couldn‘t resist a check in with Georgia today.
Day 14 of #BiblioMAYnia is #SequelPlease :)
I recently posted about wanting a sequel to Sunshine by Robin McKinley. But I also would have loved more in the Georgia Nicholson series. I loved all of these books, and they still make me chuckle when I revisit them. Although it won‘t happen, I would have liked a return to Georgia when she was older. See what trouble she got into out in the world 🤣

Okay...this is a blast from the past! Georgia Nicholson‘s confessions entertained me in my library grad school days, though the true market for these books are tween/teens. Georgia does a lot of #ExpressYourself in her diaries, documenting her thoughts on everything from fashion to food to boys. I wonder if I would these as entertaining now as I did fifteen years ago... #Movember

Happy birthday @squirrelbrain!
1. Lake.
2. There is a spot in the Jemez Mountains in NM where we would always go cliff diving. They also had tons of natural hot springs.
3. Netflix. I like being able to watch movies in bed
4. We binge watched the Hobbit and LOTR trilogies. Last movie in the theater was Rocketman.
5. Done 👍
