This is my grandniece Amelia. Her family was in town for another niece's wedding. Her family took an extended trip north and visited the Grand Canyon for the first time. She is laying on glass one mile directly above the canyon. She and her brother Leo had a ball. 🩷💙🩷
Miss Amelia's
first visit to the Grand
Canyon won't be her last.
Fun history of stones! Beautiful artwork💜

An entertaining and easy read featuring the challenges of sharing space with others. Jon Klassen‘s illustrations are spot on as always. I enjoyed this cute story, especially Rocket Potato. Favorite line, “You sound like a polka when you eat cereal.” 😂 I will be reading the sequel.
“Temperature can be close to freezing and it‘s almost completely dark in this zone. Since there is no sunlight, plants can‘t grow here.”
Students dive into Earth science with The Magic School Bus: Inside the Earth by Joanna Cole. Ms. Frizzle takes her class on an exciting journey through the Earth's layers, introducing sedimentary, and many more rocks. This adventure helps students understand the structure of our planet and reinforces key geology concepts. By the end of the lesson, students will be able to identify different rock types and explain how Earth‘s layers are formed.
