pickI really enjoyed my May #BOTM pick! It‘s pretty hilarious- but also deeply sad at times, too. And though Andrew may not have been shouting #SaveMe in words, he manages to save himself here in a story that is charming, funny and heartfelt. Emma Bovary had a great desire for a more sophisticated and passionate life, often falling into boredom. She was unsatisfied with her dull marriage and life in the country. She was just waiting and hoping something exciting to happen to her and save her from her mundane life.
