DebinHawaii @Cinfhen If you don't care about the egg, I would probably use them and I would keep the latkes on the small side so they stay together better. Do you have any potato starch? It's 'lighter' than potato flour and might make them crisper. But either way I think it should work. 6y
Cinfhen I couldn't find potato starch just flour so I'll try to use less flour and I'll remember to make them small... thanks Deb!! I'll let u know how it goes😊 6y
