Two books read in ongoing series. Stephanie Plum is always a good escapist read for me. It‘s the same story over and over but there is comfort in that. Ruby was a much better book in this series than Bob‘s book. Of course Ivan‘s story is still the best. One more book to go and I‘ll be finished with The One and Only series.

Things we learned: elephants are now growing shorter tusks due to years of poaching (which is sad but cool how biology works as a way to try & protect the species). In the author‘s notes she gave some good resources: Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (oldest elephant sanctuary) & Elephant Voices website has elephant ethograms where you can learn all about elephant behaviors.
