It was a gift and Persephone requested I contact them and tell them what six titles I wanted, but I wanted more of a surprise so I gave them a list of probably about 15 titles and asked them to surprise me from that list. Erinreadsthebooks @Meredith3 I started it in early June and just finished a couple of days ago, so not technically forever. It definitely kept my interest. I never found myself looking for a different book to read during it. A great book, for sure! 6y

KatieanneF All the King books I‘ve read and I STILL haven‘t ever read this. The audiobook is 57 hours which feels daunting! But, when I‘m done with a list I‘m presently in, I really would like to read it! 6y

Cinfhen I just read Love & Ruin ~ it was good but a bit too much detail for me, it kind of overpowered the story in a way. I‘d be curious to compare the two books, it was definitely an exciting time in history 6y

The deck chairs are all empty because the husband took the kids on a hike this morning. He bet me that I couldn‘t finish Meg before the movie opens and is trying to give me a fighting chance. So glad I said #IdoIdoIdo all those years ago.
