Malcolm Gladwell gets to use his fine analytical skills to interview the genius that is Paul Simon - and do it for many hours over multiple meetings. Count me in! This was great, and for Paul the telling was all about the music. If I knew anything about music beyond tuning a radio (and with Alexa I don‘t even do that!) this would have been all the more fascinating! Five hours - highly recommend! ↓

If you are a fan of Paul Simon, Malcom Gladwell, and/or music in general, this is a must listen. Only available as an audiobook (I borrowed it on Hoopla), this is a warm hug and a spark of joy that makes you feel like you‘re in the front row of Simon‘s creative process. Super well done and inspiring, I‘m now going to have to listen to Simon‘s albums I‘ve never heard before!

So I actually went to VEVO to watch a Dire Straits video, but this came up next, and I finally started smiling today. I mean you can‘t help but sing along and remember the words 30+ years later!!
Any other first generation MTVers agree?
