I agree with the premise that prevention is crucial to longevity (and quality of life) and that many things which can help us already exist in nature if we know where to get them. ⬇️⬇️
pickA gentle, non-judgemental guide for anyone wanting to go #vegan, veggie, reduce meat consumption etc, basically anyone! Good advice for going #plantbased (rather than junk food vegan like me 😩). I was disappointed that they delicately skimmed over the topic of animal welfare, but that‘s their approach, so whatever works 🤷♀️. Lots of info covering ingredients, shopping, meals, and non-food things like clothes and skincare. Also a quick read 👍
