pickI enjoyed this historical fiction tale about two “ordinary” people - a French perfumer and a British photographer - caught up in the excitement and glamour of Grace Kelly‘s marriage to Prince Rainier in 1956. The details of the craziness surrounding the wedding were fascinating. I also enjoyed learning a bit about how perfumes are created. And the descriptions of the gorgeous Côte d‘Azur scenery made me want to hop on a plane to France!

pickThis was definitely not a light read. I had to take each chapter day-by-day. I can't even begin to formulate my thoughts and feelings on all of the information but all I can say is this is a must read.
There will be parts that will make you feel very uncomfortable but I think it's still important to understand that not all feminism is created equally.
