Very predictable but I enjoyed it.
Wow. Such a powerful and honest memoir. Loved it.
Not as good as I had hoped. Writing style just wasn't for me.
Really enjoyed this. Flawed characters that weren't very likeable but I got sucked into the story.
I disagree with calling this a thriller but it was an interesting and fast read.
Kept hearing this book mentioned in podcasts and couldn't resist. So good.
Not as good as the first but still a very entertaining read.
Loved this book. Probably my new favorite heroine. I was actually more interested in her back story than the mystery.
Interesting take on the fairy tale. Isn't one I would have normally picked but the good reviews sold it and I enjoyed it.
I really enjoyed this. She's funny and honest. Yet another great memoir to listen to
So good. Very balanced look at a horrible crime involving two teenagers.
Great on audio. She lost me a little in the last third (could just be that I wasn't listening well) but I overall really enjoyed it.
Really enjoyed this. Hoping my holds on the next two books don't take too long.
One-sitting book for #readharder. Also the first book I've read written in verse. Very powerful read.
Loved this memoir. Tough subject matter but so well written.
Last book of 2017 and I'm officially done with #readharder! Lucy has been passed out for the last hour. We clearly party it up for New Years in my house. 😉
Re-read for #readharder challenge. Been so long since I've read this one that I didn't remember it was probably my least favorite by her. Only 2 more books to complete the challenge!
Delayed flight yesterday meant I read this book in one sitting. So entertaining.
This one took me forever. Switched between the paperback and audio but finished it just in time to see the play in Chicago!! So good.
Really enjoyed this mystery within a mystery. I think I need to check out his other books now
Was not familiar with Lindy West before this but I really enjoyed her book.
I had not read some of these essays before. Found them interesting to re-read and discover the new ones. Also really enjoyed the commentary before reach one.
“This is every reader‘s catch-22: the more you read, the more you realize you haven‘t read; the more you yearn to read more, the more you understand that you have, in fact, read nothing”. #sotrue
Debated on whether this was just so-so. Predictable and I didn't like any of the characters. But it was interesting to explore all the ways a serial killer influences those around him. Read for the #readharder challenge as my book set within 100 miles of my location
2nd #readathon book down. I picked this one up at the library for the #readharder challenge and am so glad I did. Such a beautiful story and I fell in love with the characters.
