What an inspiring book! This RF picture book is about a young girl who truly believes she can‘t paint. Until her teacher proves her otherwise. It would make a wonderful RA in which you can remind your students that they can do anything they set their minds to! Challenging yourself is what makes you great. #ucflae3414su20

bsiqueira http://www.thedotclub.org/dotday/ I loved this resource. National dot day is an actual event in which we celebrate The Dot! Having your students join this club can spark such amazing discussions in a classroom about overcoming self- doubt and being great. (edited) 4y
bsiqueira The UDL principle that would align with this is 8.1 “heightened salience of goals and objectives” which aligns perfectly with The Dot. Followed by ESOL strategy 43 “Have students underline or highlight key words or important facts.” 4y
