Mum…put that book down and pay attention to me!

Yesterday I had a minor surgical,procedure done. I left early and she didn‘t get her morning cuddles. I got home in the afternoon but smelt like the human vet…she didn‘t want an ounce of me. Today she is all over me. She loves her mum! I‘ll eventually finish this book!

I did really enjoy the book. Has a lot of twists and turns.m

I wasn‘t a fan of the ending mind you but it still is a very worth while read (and I‘m hard to please)

I was not disappointed at all by this one. I was worried. I had seen reviews saying it was repetitive and not a good read, and while concepts were repeated, that just instilled them more in the mind. I‘m looking forward to any new works that might come in the future.

Last night I started this. I‘m 12% in and enjoying. Crossing everything it remains a winner!

I was meant to sort some bills out first thing this morning but Lunabella is sleeping in my chair so I can‘t just yet(one does not wake a sleeping kitty). I guess I‘ll settle for reading!

My reading buddy fell asleep on the job. Not sure how this is comfy!

I‘m going to start this tomorrow. I‘m a fan of Rebecca Campbell so I have high hopes.

Finished this evening. A consider book of lunar law and rituals.

This book is by Paul Andrews but I‘m not able to find it in the database. About to start this today.

Finally a fiction book that I really sank my teeth into (pardon the pun). It was the exact thing I needed. Completely different from my normal reading! Hoping this is a start to more fiction again.

Going to try this one today. It‘s by Margaret Pearce but I can‘t find it in litsys database.

I finished this beauty this morning. If I have come away with one new piece of knowledge it‘s just how many orchids are native to South Australia. I honestly never knew. Next time we are out in the o I try you can bet I‘ll be looking for tiny flowers on the ground.

My reading companion this morning is Barde. He has really taken to indoor pampered life. He doesn‘t normally sit with me, so this is a first. When he was first inside and out of the crate he took to my eldest daughter, so THIS is a huge privilege.

I‘m really looking forward to reading this one.

After reading this I‘m really inspired to get my eldest a beginners bonsai. She loves gardening and has a real green thumb.

It‘s the journey not the destination. While taking my daughter out for her upcoming birthday yesterday we came across a place called shell hill. I never knew it existed! I was geeking out a lot….these are 5 million ur old oyster shells from when our state was covered in water. This is the only known above ground area like this in the southern hemisphere.
