I‘m enjoying this cozy mystery series with a magical corresponding plot. It feels just right for the moment.

Finished book 2 and moved right on to book 3. Since there‘re only 5 in the series... seems I may just read ‘em all “right quick.” 😜

I liked the 2nd book, though not as much as the 1st. Nonetheless, I‘m impressed with the path Ellery chose for this series and look forward to seeing where it goes. I have high hopes for certain characters! I also love how she transitioned the seasons in this one. It definitely went with the story. A solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The second installment in the charmed pie shoppe series and I loved it! It gave us the background on the LeFaye women‘s magic and set up the following books in the series! Can‘t wait to keep reading and going on more adventures with Ella May!

Getting ready for tomorrow‘s reads! #pemberlittens are starting Northanger Abby, I am reading Anna Karenina for a year long challenge for #CrushTheRush and the cozy mystery is for the rest of the day!

This book advances the magical myth underlying this series and we learn what the LaFaye women are. The murder in this book is also related to the magical life of Ella Mae. The story unfurled at a good pace.

This turned into a great book! While the killer was fairly obvious, the underlying myth shows a lot of potential. Fans of her Book Retreat series I think you‘ll like this one! #cozyinthesun book 6!

Round 2 of #audiobaking done! I nearly finished this book while baking.

I baked espresso brownies and blondies with chocolate and butterscotch chips and mixed up 4 kinds of cookie dough that is chilling in the fridge to be baked tomorrow. I also moved on to book 2 in the Charmed Pie Shoppe series. #audiobaking
