Audibly Speaking
Audibly Speaking | Barbara H Judd

Audibly Speaking will reveal the lifestyle that you, as a Christian, must pursue in your relationship with God to reach your maximum potential. You must discover the purpose that God has designed for you in the earth. You must be open in heart for God to communicate with you concerning His will. As your relationship with the Father deepens through His word, you will discover that the more you talk with Him, get to know Him, and allow Him to talk to you, the more you can hear His voice clearly. It is critical that your mission for God becomes your lifestyle through Jesus Christ. Stand on His Word and the promises that He has given to you in the Bible. Let Him Speak to You! But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33

My mom has nine #audible credits she wants to get rid of and give to me. I need some recommendations for #audiobooks.
Generally I do not like to listen to fiction but there are a few exception like World War Z, YOU, and Rolling in the Deep. I often listen to autobiographies, inspiration, self help, and other non fiction.
What do you all think I should get? I‘m open to almost anything.

BookwormAHN Two of my recent audible favs were Under The Whispering Door and Empire of the Vampire. 3y
shortsarahrose I listened on overdrive, so I don‘t know if it is available on audible, but I though this was fascinating nonfiction 3y
TiredLibrarian This is a short book or extended essay, and it's read by the author, whose voice is wonderful. (I have trouble following audio, so I always go for short ones.) 3y

StillLookingForCarmenSanDiego The Sandman Act I, if you're into horror. It's the best audio book I've ever listened to. (Act II is also out, but I just started it.). I also really loved Lamb by Christopher Moore. It was hilarious, the narrator (Fisher Stevens) was perfection. 3y
Birdsong28 I always recommend Kevin Hart. He has two books that are excellent. One is his biography called I can't make this up and the other one is a self help book called The Decision. 3y
MicheleinPhilly @Megabooks is the Audible queen. I‘m sure she can propose 2 dozen titles in 60 seconds or less. ☺️ 3y
Megabooks It‘s first thing in the morning, so I‘m just looking through the ones I‘ve read this year on the storygraph. This is NF (edited) 3y
Megabooks I read this twice in the same month! 3y
Megabooks Fiction but the audio really adds something 3y
Megabooks Fiction but an all time fav 3y
Megabooks This is the best book I‘ve read all year, possibly all time, but I‘ll let you decide whether you‘d enjoy it 3y
Megabooks Oh and this is one of my all time fav memoirs 3y
Megabooks These are ones I think you‘ll like based on what you mentioned! Good luck finding something!! 3y
Booksnchill This was a great non fiction about the lives of women and class in White Chapel during Victoria‘s reign about the women killed by “Jack” 3y

Meghan1 @Megabooks I think it‘s pretty interesting! I am on Chapter 3. 5y
rretzler Glad to hear it‘s interesting. This month none of the books really struck me - and in previous months the ones I‘ve listened to have been blah! I actually may have to listen to it ! 5y
CorinnaBechko I enjoyed this - I'm nearly done. 5y

Audible membership renewed today!!! 24 credits and I got 25 books (2 were buy one get one free) today - I‘m bad at rationing things! Here‘s some of the ones I got.

Oh well, I plough through them so fast it‘ll probably only keep me going a couple months. Very excited to get stuck in tho. Got almost everything from #tob2019, some Clarice Lispector, some afrofuturism, the new Frederick Douglass biography, and lots more!

@Naj excited for Autumn!

Naj Yes! Hope you love it. And then get started on Winter, which I found better but I love them both. 5y
Ashley_Nicoletto 🤣🤣 this is me. Every time. 5y
SW-T Nice selections. Enjoy 😊 5y

Derf Is it an annual renewal? I get one credit a month but I always need more 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 5y
Emilymdxn @Naj yeah, I thought winter looked better and I‘m more excited for it but I‘m a stickler for reading things in order 5y
Emilymdxn @Ashley_Nicoletto people keep suggesting I save them up... I do not do that 5y
Emilymdxn @SW-T thank you! 5y
Emilymdxn @DannyHattan yeah! I pay for the most expensive plan cause I read like 5 audiobooks a week and it‘s the best value for me! I pay 648 once a year and get 24 credits 5y
Derf I‘m clearly missing a trick here. Mines works out at about Qe a year and I get 1 a month! Going to change over right now ??? 5y
AnneFindsJoy Nice haul! I‘m on the same plan in USA, it‘s $229.50 for 24, or $9.56/credit. I listen to >100 audiobooks in a year. 💕 🎧🙌 5y
