This was another extremely fun example of poetry. It had rhymes that flowed naturally and were easy to follow, and it had images that enhanced the silliness of the poems. Children will definitely engage with these poems.

This book would be great for 2nd and 3rd graders. They would love the rhyming and it would help them get familiar with how to rhyme what. I would read this to younger classes but I think its great for older classes because they could read it on their own.
This is a poetry book. This book uses a lot of rhyming throughout the story. Each word rhymes at the end of each sentence. For example the words sun and ton. This poems rhyming sounds natural.

From a poem about wrestling a octopus to Dan the Invisible Man who got a tan but you can't see. Each poem has a drawing that helps aid with imagery. Kids will relate to a lot of them and have fun reading them all. At least I did!
