Read it last Thursday, posting today. After a tragic experience, Emma moved to this beautiful small village trying to give herself a second chance in life in various aspect of her adult life and how she fights her insecurities to allow it. It is about family, friends and neighborhood support. Some scenes were too repetitive. Slow pace not much action but cute, cozy, perfect for this season❤️ You‘ll want to eat🍫3.6⭐️👇

Aww what a cute story. This is quite a slow read but a nice one. Makes you hungry reading it. I like Emma but some of her decisions left me feeling annoyed. The ending however brought the story to a beautiful finish. #WinterGames2020 #MerryReaders. 25pts plus a book bingo line so another 20pts. Plus 3 hours for #FestiveFlicks 30pts. 76pts

I am using the tagged book for November's prompt for my #ReadingwithMaja challenge.

As it has holly on the front and I did check and it is a flower as it does have flowers that grow on it.

Good. Interesting characters and story. Even though this is the first book in the series it doesn't take ages to set up the plot, unlike many others like this, it does it through flashbacks enabling the main story to develop. Nice cosy read and even though majority of the story is set around Christmas time it cover other times of the year.

Not my normal read but really enjoyed this book as lovely story set against a seaside back drop. Perfect holiday or Sunday afternoon read
