Here are the books we got our 3-year-old:

- he loves the edutainment show The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That so we got him some nonfiction Cat in the Hat books

- ever since he got a DC Superhero Girls comic on Free Comic Book Day he has loved them and they are a perfect entry-level comic, less emphasis on the battles and more on problem solving and kindness, plus deep-cut DC references for me

- this book about porgs is adorable, friends
