All I have to say is; Illumicrate went HARD this monthðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ (they‘re the one with the electric blue) also, I‘ve never heard of the book they featured, but after reading the synopsis and the first few pages, I was like ðŸ˜² soo excited!

I‘m really enjoying discovering new books through Booktube, and was hoping for some recommendations on which channels to subscribe to. My current favs are: Simon from Savidge Reads, Lianne from Literary Diversions and Eric Karl Anderson from Lonesome Reader.

Reggie Hmmm have you ever just typed the name of the book you‘re reading and see the reviews for it on YouTube? That‘s what I do and if I like them I check out other videos of theirs. 6y

Tashreads @Reggie yes! That‘s how I discovered the ones I mentioned. I have found that the majority of channels are geared towards YA. I like a little YA now and then, but would prefer a more diverse mix of genres. 6y

Schnoebs Merphy Napier is really good and she reads a lot of high fantasy adult novels. I like Iasmina Edina, BookswithEmilyFox, and Jean Bookishthoughts (who enjoys Greek mythology and a variety of nonfiction categories which help give me diversity in what I watch). Hope that helped! 6y

Susannah Lauren Wade at Reads and Daydreams is one of my very favorites; her reading is pretty diverse and her discussions are always thoughtful (much like Jean Bookishthoughts). Also Ange at Beyond the Pages is excellent for classics and historical nonfiction (popular history), and Winx and Ink for science fiction and fantasy. 6y
