Last week‘s top pick was a book gifted to me by @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks & @StayCurious from #LitsyLove. I reviewed this last week. I‘ve already got another by this author on my April #BookSpinBingo list. Thank you, Misty & Renee.

This was a gift from @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks & an author I hadn‘t read before. I will be reading more from her. I liked how she covered family, friends, relationships & social pressures. A really good read. I also enjoyed that it took place in NC. Thank you, Misty 💙. This was my March #TBRtarot read.

Had my husband pick a shelf. Landed on this book which was a gift from Misty. Looking forward to it. #TBRtarot is #15 on my #BookSpinBingo list this month so this has been added.

If your looking for a light romance and a heavy dose of life lessons then this may be the book. It was an okay summer read, I found it didn‘t measure up to her other books.
Another family/friendship/couple drama during summer. Gray is dealing with grief, is in the process of a long divorce and trying to start over. Diana a woman who had a difficult life. These two will help each other. It is about second chance romance, one of them with a a person younger than her. I liked Diana and her friendship with Gray. Marcy is a funny character. It is an ok novel but I enjoyed it. 3/3.4⭐️
This is my first book by Kristy Woodson Harvey. I really enjoyed it and look forward to reading more of her books. I can just imagine reading them on a beach or lounge chair with my favorite drink enjoying the book and a beautiful day.
I love all of her books set in the summer 🌞🌸

Sarah,
I framed your card! It‘s stunning 💗💗
Two women. One is having her picture picture life derailed, the other is used to having a rough life. They come together and their friendship helps them get their life together. The relationships in this book are quick but that is what makes the book so sweet!
I made it about 50 pages in and just couldn‘t do it. I was so disappointed, because I really enjoyed the Peachtree Bluff series. The first few chapters of this one just seemed disjointed, and if I had to hear about Grey “rolling her eyes” one more time, I thought I‘d lose my mind. I do wonder if our country‘s current state of affairs made me less tolerant of the problems of young, beautiful, rich white women....
Starting to read this one really slow because I don‘t want the book to end. Loving the aspect of strong friendships in this book.
Review is up on my blog. Check it out! I love this cover! https://reecaspieces.com/2020/04/28/feels-like-falling-by-kristy-woodson-harvey-...
I am loving this book. And it is a great day in the ‘sip! Have a great day littens!!!
The best parts of this book are the strong friendships. These are characters I would love to have in my life. They are supportive of each other and so much fun! They form their own family amongst themselves, bringing out the best in each other.
“Sometimes we get right where we need to be by ending up exactly where we started.”
A comfortable and relaxing read, perfect for fighting off the anxiety of the pandemic. It‘s is a cure for these crazy times! It‘s a story of friendship and families during both the worst and best of times. It‘s light and breezy, just like the wind off the North Carolina coast. It‘s a perfect book for a day at the pool or beach.
