Love, love, love this series. I listened to this one. A body is found at a construction site. The same day another body and fetus found bricked up in a building being demolished. One is over 20 years old, the other just happened. Eve gets both and will get justice for them, because now they are hers.
😊 Happy Reading 😊

#ISPYBINGOAPRIL @Clwojick @TheAromaofBooks It is a big pond, but I have permission 😉 one more bingo spot.
A good one as usual. But I found this one just about the crimes. I could not find any bingo spots for #ISPYBINGOAPRIL @Clwojick @TheAromaofBooks so disappointed. #LitsyLoveReads #SeriesLove23 @Andrew65
#ThingsinCommon @Clwojick It's been a slow reading week, but I finally finished this one. Both stories take place in New York. Same color font in titles. And both detectives.
This series never disappoints! I loved these characters so much❤️❤️❤️ And this one had three great murders to solve.
I somehow read the newest one without reading this one (the 53rd) in the series, so of course I had to correct that. While I found the beginning of this one a bit slower than some, by the end I was fully hooked and thoroughly enjoyed Eve taking down the bad guys…and there were a lot in this one. It amazes me that I haven't become bored of this series, but I will be looking for the new one in September. 4/5 stars.
I love this #pantone2022 challenge & decided to add it to all the other challenges I‘m already doing 😆
My first book of 2022 just happens to match Harbor Blue. 🙌🏻
7 Jan & I‘m already behind on my reading goal + I broke my book buying ban. 🤦🏼♀️ Although in fairness, I pre-ordered this months ago & forgot about it until it arrived in my mailbox yesterday.
Anyway, this is my first book of 2022 & once again JD Robb (aka Nora Roberts) does not disappoint. Even though I guessed the murderer, it was still a fun story. I can‘t wait to see what Eve, Roarke, & the gang do next.
🎧 Book 53 … I loved it!
Eve is called when a body is found in a dumpster & minutes after she arrives, in an adjacent lot where her husband Roarke‘s company is raising an old building, another body is found bricked up behind a wall in a basement.
Two women from opposite sides of the tracks & murdered decades apart.
Great mysteries. I definitely read these for Roark cuz Eve can sometimes be a bit of an idiot. LOL
Great narration!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Another great installment of my favorite suspense series. The last couple have been just great. Love Eve & Roarke! 4.5⭐️ First square on my #bookspinbingo
Another great addition to the series! No broad plots or conspiracies in this, just a solid murder investigation that might be linked to the discovery of the 40 year old remains of a pregnant Jane Doe.

I know what I‘m getting with this series and I love everything about it. Eve and Roarke, Peabody and McNabb, all the secondary characters make each book interesting.
This book was a mix of a new murder along with a 40 year old cold case. It was a page turner and I really enjoyed it.
Love that this cover has an image on the back. Too bad I have to cover it up because it‘s a library book!
