I am straight up the slowest at picking my favorite books for any one year of reading. Narrowing anything down is too much. So I finally posted my #20in20 list on my blog , in case you might want to go peek! Hint: it‘s organized using my blog topics: resist, relax, learn.

http://thebibliophage.com/2020-favorite-books/

Canadian.Reads I enjoyed reading your list, and appreciate the categories you have divided them into. It has been a strange year for reading and you managed to get through some tough reads despite it all! I have noted a few to read, thanks for sharing the link. 4y
BarbaraTheBibliophage @Canadian.Reads Thank you for your kind words! I‘ve been using those categories on my blog since my 2016 “best of” list and plan to keep it up. Hope the suggestions prove helpful when you get around to the books! 4y
Amandajoy I loved reading Braiding Sweetgrass this year, I think it was my favorite! I think it‘s one I will be re-reading. 4y

BarbaraTheBibliophage @Amandajoy Dis you know there‘s a new anniversary hardcover edition out now? I am so tempted ... 4y
Amandajoy Yes! I asked for it for Christmas, but when my husband found out I had already read the book he couldn‘t understand why I wanted another edition. I may still buy it for myself. They had it at Barnes and Noble and it‘s so pretty. 4y
BarbaraTheBibliophage @Amandajoy SMH at these non-readers ... Mr. B is exactly the same. 🤓 4y

@Cinfhen here's my #20in20 list so far, but it may change as December progresses.

63pts #teamreadnosedreindeer #wintergames2020 @StayCurious

@Lesanne if you're like me and excited about #newyearwhodis books 1-18 on this list are the same as I put on my form, so you can have a head start on my list rather than waiting for the email! 😂😂😂 @monalyisha

StayCurious Great list! 4y
Cinfhen Wow! This is SUCH a GREAT list!!! It‘s a wonderful cross section of genres ❤️❤️❤️ I agree with a lot of your picks 4y
monalyisha I freaking loved Bunny. 🐇 I think your match has some tough decisions ahead of them! 😉 Also, I love your suspense hack. 😆 4y
Lesanne Awesome, I can‘t wait to check these out! 4y
jenniferw88 @Lesanne numbers 3 and 17 are series, there should be more info on the email saying which is the first one! 😂😘 4y

I've been working so many long hours that I didnt know spring had come, so I decided to finish my audiobook while taking the long way back to my desk from a meeting in a different building. It was a nice treat. #20in20 #audiowalk

My 1st book to be finished in 2020. I picked up this short stories with the intention of reading it quickly. But I was totally wrong! Though it‘s a small book I need to pause at intervals, thinking & rethinking about author‘s prospectives & several other possibilities. It is much different than all other short stories.2 more stories to go! Reading as slow as 🐌 which appeared on the wall😛

1st book of #20in20

First book of the "read 20 1920's books in 2020", a classic that keeps on giving every time you read it. ❤️ #20in20

Calling it. This is always so hard. I guess that‘s a good problem to have.

@Cinfhen

Tamra I really enjoyed Burial Rites too! 5y
Cinfhen Ohhhhh, you like scary books 😱😱😱I‘m already excited for #20In20 ❤️ 5y
Buechersuechtling “Burial Rites“ is her first one, isn‘t it❓🤔 Aaaalways have to look that up because I of course better remember the German titles. But, yeah, it‘s the first one I read by her. And I loved it since it‘s so intense. Later, I loved “The Good People”, too, so she became one of those authors I until further notice, will want to read every book of. 5y
JacqMac @Tamra It was very good! I still have The Good People on my TBR. @Buechersuechtling I might have to move it up. 5y
JacqMac @Cinfhen It was a good year for scary now that you mention it. lol I‘m looking forward to what #20in20 will bring, too. 5y
