pickI already have one Liv Constantine book picked as a #WeeklyFavorite this month. This could be the second. I partially predicted the twist at the end but was surprised as well. I listened to this on audio and the narration was very good.

Birthday was spent pretty low key. I took the day off work and bummed around collecting birthday freebies. I had joked yesterday that I was going to be listening to the Company cast album all day since it was my 35th bday 😜 (for non theater geeks the musical centers around the main character‘s 35th bday). I just so happened to find the original Broadway recording on Vinyl. Absolutely bonkers! 🤯 ⬇️
I‘m not sure how to review this book that deals with such a serious subject as the Bosnian war and the massacre at Srebrenica. I‘ll be thinking about it for a while, but at the same time I found the mystery elements to be a bit lacking.
In any event, I finished this mystery and two other books (The Beauty in Breaking & The Return of the King) during the #35by35 #readathon and will keep working away at the mysteries. #wrapup
pickStephanie, Lula, Grandma Mazur, Ranger & Morelli. Plus all the other new and recurring characters. They make me happy and laugh. Out loud. Even in public. I love this series. So much fun to read.

pickI listened to this one and loved it. I started the ARC in July but had a health setback then. Turned to the audiobook this month and I‘m so glad I did. I love hearing different accents.
Alexis Hall is just fabulous! The characters, the settings and the story are all so well crafted.
