I really enjoyed this book. It was told in a dual timeline and they eventually blended into each other which was pretty cool. I definitely enjoyed the past timeline more than I enjoyed the present one. Overall it was an interesting read, but I wasn‘t wowed.

This is not a book about death. It'a book about life.
It's full of positive messagges and it teaches a lot.
I thought I would cry, but I didn't.
It didn't hurt me as much as I've imagined... maybe because it's full of joy and it reminds us to live a full life.
And as Will Traynor told us: 'Live well. Just live' ❤

Montez Torrez and Rufus Emeterio are going to die today. The meet up through an app called Last Friend in order to spend their last day together. This story reminds us there‘s no life without death, no love without loss and you can change your whole world in a day. It also shows us hope and the redeeming power of friendship. Love this day to the fullest! Great book for young adults.

"I believe in love at first sight. Fate, the universe, all of it. [...] I just think you're meant to meet some people. I think the universe nudges them into your path." ~ Arthur ?

I am so glad I finally picked this one up last month! The last third fell a bit flat for me, but overall I really enjoyed this book. I love the writing and the characters, and the story is so adorable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
