Beautiful book. Gorgeous illustrations. Ed is in a bad mood and just keeps sweeping with his anger. The pile keeps getting bigger and bigger. Will Ed ever stop sweeping? Hm... I guess you need to read it to find out! Just a sweet story.

Oof. This book was eye opening and I learned so much from reading it.
Looking at American politics through the lens of women‘s anger and how women have been able to use that anger to shape their future.
Traister spent most of the book examining the 2018 election and it was eerie how much we did not learn from that during the 2024 election.
Unbelievable ~ after almost 10 years of being on Goodreads and entering Giveaways, I received an email on Monday and the book arrived today. Frankly, I hate the word “offended”. I can‘t imagine a better time in my life to read this book and make that ONE change to rid my heart of anger.
With family in town and so much going on, I missed last week, but here are my joys for this week‘s #5JoysFriday.
🎂My grand-niece dancing on the table at the end of her first birthday party
📚That same sweet girl enjoying her book gifts at the park
🥐A croissant sticking out its strawberry tongue at the wall of the display case
🙏🏼Seeing a former student interviewed on the news as he was providing support and aid to wildfire victims (link ⤵️)
10/10.
Can someone tell Traister to publish an updated edition? I really want her take on the country six years later. Maybe she‘ll wait for the mid term elections?

This is an amazing book for social emotional regulation. Would be very beneficial for age ranges K-3. I will definitely include this in my future classroom.
