This is book 2 in the Lydmouth Series set in 1950s England. This is a good Historical Mystery series, with a good storyline and some interesting characters. I look forward to continuing the series.

#Book6 for #JoyousJanuary and book 17 for #JumpStart2022

It took me a while to get into this this one, but I managed to finish it today. It was good enough, but I had a hard time relating to or caring about the main character. Glad to have it off my shelf now though😉

Cold Storage: A Novel | David Koepp
Pickpick

A deadly fungus wreaks havoc in Missouri as two night guards of a storage facility fight to stat alive. The author used humor to talk about the fungus, the three main characters and the minor characters that the fungus takes over.
Excellent read and at times scary as hell as i thought about what would happen if this was real. David Koepp does a great job of getting inside the readers head! #TeamSlaughter #Book6 @Clwojick

Rylee takes her 1st assignment, while her mentor, Gisele, looks on. This all takes place before Rylee and Gisele realize she's a Tracker, so I'm The salvage springs a surprising twist at the end, one where I am really looking forward to seeing the resolution. I definitely wasn't expecting this.

Excited to start the #birthdaychallenge today. Thanks @TheNextBook for the idea! I'd have liked to start with some long, worthy tome but Blubber was the book from 1974 that jumped out at me. Judy Blume was one of the first authors I got genuinely excited about but I never read this one... #christmastimereads #7booksin7days #book6
