Let's face it, my main #ChildhoodDelight was just reading in general. And, if this picture is any indication, reading in my house was an activity that required a hard hat. #AprilAmazingReads

Dinotopia was always a #childhooddelight and I'm sure this final volume, Journey to Chandara, will be a #TBRhighlight. I own it but I'm saving it for... something I haven't determined yet.

While I'm hashtagging, I'll throw a #recommendsday in as well. If you love art and dinosaurs and meticulous world building or have kids that love any of those things you should check out this island apart from time where humans and dinos live in peace.

This is definitely my #childhooddelight from when I was very very little! And I've kept it all these years in the hopes I can read it to my own kids some day! 😂🍓

These are books that were a #childhooddelight for me although these are not the copies that as I read as a child. I bought these for my daughter so that I could share my love of them with her. I had to squeeze in Anne of Green Gables on the top there too. I saw one March Madness Book Bracket pitting Anne vs. Laura Ingalls-I don't think I could root for one over the other! #aprilamazingreads

Like many girls, I went through a horse crazy phase. I read every Marguerite Henry book I could get my hands on. After reading this one, my mother took me to watch Lipizzan stallions train which was close to heaven to my young heart. #aprilamazingreads #childhooddelight

These are some of my favourite books that I devoured again and again when I was a child. The Five Find-outers, The Malory Towers, The Wishing Chair, The Twins at St Clare's, Choose Your Own Adventure and The Magic Faraway Tree series. (Images from internet).
