Also, The Girl on the Train 😮😄 I was not expecting that, but I‘m so happy. 😊 It‘s been on my TBR for ages, but I‘ve never gotten around to buying it, so thank you so much for that awesome surprise as well! 😃❤️

Oof. We've had a long, rough couple weeks, culminating in an ear infection in the little guy (104 fever!). I have, fortunately, been able to wrap up #JanuaryJoy #CupidGoesPostal #ValentinesBookExchange #DystopianBlues and #MyBloodyValentine pkgs! All this should make it to PO today! My international entry for #januaryjoy
I often recommend Surfacing by Margaret Atwood. Her other books may be more popular, but this is one of my favorites. It‘s a short book set in the Quebec outdoors.

The Power | Naomi Alderman

In the dumpster fire that was 2017, one bright spot was the strength women are finding to say enough is enough in regard to certain behaviour. This book arrived at the perfect time to be part of that conversation. It's the book I recommend most now #Januaryjoy @Avanders I can't post a photo of my copy as I've lent it out for the 4th time! Here's an image from a recent #audiowalk instead.
