This book had it all! Breaking generational trauma, soulmates, spice, a strong badass MC, family dynamics. This one was out of my usual reading choice but damn did I ever love it! I've been in a slump ever since. 😅

I need to read more books like this. For sheer perspective sake. And there's definitely a lot of perspectives in this book due to the unique stories coming from so many diverse characters. Nair writes beautifully while simultaneously discussing sensitive topics. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Posting this quote because her book is full of introspective thoughts such as this, and I enjoyed every moment of the reading and reflecting.

#lovedit! Picks up 4 years after Our Violent Ends and shows us what Rosalind is up to. She‘s dealing with grief and guilt and is trying to make amends. This is really a story of redemption. While also still having those supernatural elements that I love. #seriesread2022 @TheSpineView

I‘ve finally sorted my thoughts on the Grishaverse to be able to write about them. I got a book hangover from each of these books and had to take a short break from fantasy after. They are incredible and I‘m so pissed I put off reading them for so long!

Another catch up review from last month. This novel is incredible. It‘s prequel “Girls of Paper and Fire” by Natasha Ngan was sooo good but this one exceeded. I cannot wait for the third book to come out later this year.

If you like fantasy you need to read this series!

Clearly I‘m behind writing about what I‘ve read, my sister reminded me by asking if I‘d read this one as she picked it up yesterday and liked the cover...did I read it 😆 yes and I loved it!

I love anything Sarah J Maas, this most recent novel follows Nesta. I don't know about ya'll but I hated Nesta....until I read this book, now I understand her, empathize with her and am so damn proud of her.
