I started the tagged a bit ago but go distracted by library books hoping to get a good jump on the years page goals with it out the gate.
My inner mood reader is rebelling-I‘m going to try a monthly TBR. I have so many TBRs (Owlcrate, Goodreads, Kindle, to name a few), I want to start going through them and making a monthly plan.
The titles for Banned Book and Armchair Travel prompts are TBD. “Land of Love and Drowning” is my #bookspin and “Under Her Skin” is my #doublespin.

This is my “hopefully” TBR stack for July. I absolutely suck at monthly stacks and usually don‘t bother because I‘m such a mood reader but I have so many books I need to tackle so I‘m going to try and stick to it! Thought I‘d post my #JuneTBR finally; I realized I hadn‘t even though I‘d been writing my plans for the month a couple of times. They will change undoubtedly, but I‘ve already crossed off four planned reads. Those top left three that I had been anticipating for a while were EXCELLENT.
Now, must go cheer myself up with a good book! 📚💓

Only just over a week into May and I‘m already hating having a monthly TBR. I‘ve removed one book, exchanged two others and finished two. My October #monthlyTBR looks short but I also have Kindle books to get to.
Also, I think Parable of the Sower will count as a "classic by an author of color" for the #ReadHarder challenge. It's considered a scifi/fantasy classic, right?
