so-soI like this book's idea way more than its execution. It didn't grasp me as much as I had hoped, but it did provide a distraction during my #AudioCrochet and #AudioChores, which is always helpful.

so-soThis was just an alright book. I figured out who the killer was as soon as he was introduced, which was disappointing because I usually don't guess that quickly. However, I really enjoyed the sister witches and their different powers.

I started this as my Audio Backlog book and incorporate the #SeasonalCozies @JulieClair group. The blurb says that the setting is winter. So far they have used “winter“ as a way to explain transient individuals camping out in the library. (Not really enjoying all the judgmental talk on the homeless population).
But just got to the murder, will work not this one a little bit longer to see if it gets better.
