Back at the old homestead this #MemorialDay weekend! Seeing the #Punxsutawney half of the family. About time I see my mom, I haven‘t seen her since before Mother‘s Day 🙈! 2 of the dogs, the horse we have left, part of the fruit orchard, and my brothers cutting the grass waaay out back. I used to ski down that mountain out toward the left of the picture & another mountain out to the right. Beautiful day! Got some audiobooks read on the way out! 😎

We're out by Pittsburgh outside of #Punxsutawney visiting the parents for the holiday. I grew up on a horse farm, and we had around a dozen at its peak. We've got one left. This is #Moody, and she's an amazing lady. She just had to frolic and play in the mud today 🙈😆. The cleaning operation took awhile 😁. So, I asked her to pose for my friends and she was happy to oblige.

And this is #Punxsutawney Phil himself, the world's greatest prognosticator! Alongside this wife, Phyllis. They were cuddling, isn't that cute ?? He was probably dreaming about The Big Day (today) and she was thinking, "Just bring home the bacon!" ?

The #Punxsutawney Library! This was my library growing up. Everyone made fun of me for spending most of my free time here when I was a kid. Farm and mining country don't take kindly to book places, lol. My parents would drive me into town & I'd spend hours here. That's Phil's house, the "Burrow". If you ever come to town, you can see the two best things about Punxsy at the same time: the groundhog and the library ?. #LitsyLovesLibraries
