CSeydel Oh I‘m a big fan of spreadsheets too! I‘m not sure about the Readathons sheet. Do I put the title of the book in the row, and then it earns a point for each Readathon that I read it for? 1w

PuddleJumper @CSeydel 1. The Readathon tab is an easy way to count how many a book counts for. You put the title down then '1' for each readathon it counts towards, then you'll get a total. 1w

PuddleJumper @CSeydel 2. Let's say I read Carmilla in week 1 and it counts for 11 readathons (that includes buddy reads, bingo boards etc). In the week 1 tab there's a section for number of readathons, you type in 11 and it will automatically times that by 10 (10pts per readathon) and give you a readathon total which will then be added to hours read, book type to give you points per book

CSeydel No, I think it‘s great! I‘m just a little wobbly because I haven‘t done one of these points-tracking games before, so the system is less intuitive for me. I‘m sure it will be much more obvious once I‘ve gotten into the rhythm of it. Thanks for organizing!! 1w

PuddleJumper @CSeydel Oh no! I would never make anyone track team stuff. What a headache! They are responsible for that and I'm going on the honour system that no one is cheating or whatever, I'm not double checking that. That would make my head explode! 1w

Modern Witchcraft: Goddess Empowerment for the Kick-Ass Woman | Deborah Blake

The #ModernWitchSwap is back for its 3rd year. I will set up the sign up form this weekend. Sign ups will run until September 9th and matches will be sent out by the 13th. Packages need to be mailed by October 20th.

Last book completed in October. I think what I enjoyed more was Watson relationship with Miss Morstan (no spoilers So sad to see Holmes in drug dependence. Those first pages were hard because no one like to see another human being in that trap, sick world. As expected, Holmes will solve the mystery by using a deduction method. 3/3.5⭐️

Cute middle grade graphic novel. The interaction between these characters is cute. I think novel will be a good resource to discussed different topics with the young ones, like the expression and management of different emotions, friendship, how to resolve conflict etc. I know the palette of colors could be described as one that is in accordance to autumn season but I think is a little too dark to appreciate some detail 3/3.5⭐️

I really enjoyed this story it has mystery, suspense, romance, drama. Manhattan 1850. Cora Lee is a resurrectionists which means she sells for high price, bodies with strange anomalies to anatomists who will exhibit the bodies to the public. But too many people is dying, do they die for natural causes? And now, Cora also has a price since she is the impossible girl with two hearts.

It was good. It took me 6 years to read this story. 🔽

Gissy I thought it was going to be a fantasy book but it is a HF mystery. 3.8/4 ⭐️
I liked it. Fast pace. The gifts were okay but since the face mask is so old I have to discard it or I will become as the mask is called...dead(by a mask)🤣 (edited) 11mo

October was not a good reading month for me. Sorry, this is another unpopular opinion. Don‘t shoot me. I found the story not cute enough for me. Found it even boring in some parts. I guess the problem with me is that I expect too much when the book is so hyped. Let‘s say nothing is wrong with the book, just that it is not for me. Maybe if I re-read it later I can forget this
