I am up. I am reading. Everyone else in my house is asleep.

It's long overdue, but I'm rereading Slaughterhouse-Five. One of my favorite things about Vonnegut is that he always wrote about writing, and he wrote about reading. It feels achingly personal at times, because it is. #reread #ilovemykindle

OrangeMooseReads This novel was my introduction to Vonnegut. I stole it from my older brother. Vonnegut did like to work that in some how and Hoosiers. He likes to remind readers of where he was from. 8y

britt_brooke @OrangeMooseReads It was my introduction, too, about five years ago. I wish I'd read it before I was 30 (so it goes). I've read several of his books this year and he quickly became a favorite. 💙 8y

Lola @britt_brooke I hear ya! I do lots of reading on my Kindle(s)-yes, I have multiples. I'm a bit of an addict. And @Readingrobin Yes. All the time. I belong to multiple (sensing a trend here?) libraries and download books to my Kindles from all of them. It's a beautiful thing 📚📚📚 8y

Bakingbookworm I love reading on my kindle. I get a lot of ARCs from publishers and authors with it and it's nice to know I always have 300+ books in my purse. ;). Sadly we can't download ebooks from our library onto a Kindle Paperwhite. Not loving the proprietary nature of the Kindle but I much prefer it to the Kobo. 8y
