Help! I‘m getting ready to be on a panel via zoom and I‘ve had to alter the light in my office because I woke up with a migraine. 🙄 Does this lipstick work? It seems a little off to me, but I have an aura so my eyes aren‘t working well this morning. What a mess.

You know you're a book nerd when even your lipstick is book-related, although this is a limited edition design based on the Disney movie. I love Happy Skin's liquid lipstick because they're long lasting and moisturizing at the same time. Also a Philippine brand! I've tried another liquid lipstick brand that is super drying on my lips so I'm never going to buy from them again. What's your fave lipstick?💄👄

julesG Lipstick? I confess, whenever I buy one, it ends up in my make-up drawer and I forget about it. Tinted lipbalm is my thing. My favourite being Kiehl's. 7y

Chachic @julesG Oh I'm way too lazy to put on the rest of my makeup (I have all the staples) except for lipstick. I think I look washed out without lip color. I love tinted lip balm too! My favorite is Fresh, so moisturizing.😊 7y

Chachic @julesG Maybe you can buy some online?😊 The only problem with Fresh is it melts in the heat and humidity of the Philippines. 7y

julesG I like Korres, which comes in small pots and can only melt within these. Kiehl's comes in a tube, so no melting either. And I recently bought Neal's Yard Remedies lip balm, which also is in a small pot. - I can certainly buy online, but then I wouldn't have a reason to go back to the UK. 😁 7y

Chachic @julesG Kiehl's is available here in Manila but I'm not a big fan of their products, I tried some of their skincare stuff but they didn't work on me.😂 I want to try Neal's Yard! I just haven't been to the mall that has their counter. There are loads of great UK brands to try in skincare.🤗 7y

julesG Neal's Yard is basically what I used to make myself. I gave up on making skin care products because I always had to make batches to use up my raw materials and it took me ages to use up what I had made. I gave a lot to friends, but still had too much left. So now I am very conscious about what I buy, take a long look at their ingredients lists and only then decide to spend my money. Better than throwing away raw materials. 7y

Chachic @julesG OMG you used to make your own skincare products! That must mean Neal's Yard is a good brand because you carefully look at its ingredients list. I've been trying to look for a toner that's fragrance-free and alcohol-free but haven't been able to find one.😔 Neal's Yard probably has one. The face oil I use (Vanderohe) is handmade and blended in small batches in the UK. 7y

julesG Not sure about Neal's Yard, but Kiehl's Ultra Toner is fragrance and alcohol free, and The Body Shop has several "pure" ones, I'm sure. 7y

Chachic @julesG I've tried Kiehl's calendula toner and liked it but just trying to see what else is out there. I just found one that's made in the Philippines! It has lemongrass and other extracts, hope it's a good one. 7y

robinb I ❤️ all of the lipsticks/balms mentioned here! I've loved Kiehl's plain tube balm forever and also the feel and colors of Fresh. Korres is good too but not my favorite. Have to try Neal's Yard! Also ❤️ coconut pear balm by Burt's Bees that my SummerSanta pal sent me! Always looking for the next great balm/lipstick! 😊 7y

Chachic @robinb Fresh has been a staple item for me ever since I discovered it, it's my favorite tinted lip balm! I also love their no color balm that's extra moisturizing.
