I'm a big fan of #Lush and when this came up, I almost want to write to author to say, Lush isn't just a soap shop, they call themselves 'Lush Cosmetics'. What happens, when you read something which you don't agree with?

Fox 8: A Story | George Saunders

I have sacrificed the body half of the #Lush Santa Bath Bomb (thanks again @Booksnchill !!) to the steaming hot bathtub. The bright red is a little disconcerting 🔪😆, but pairs very festively with my obnoxiously green nails. ❤️💚 Super excited to finally read this short story!

britt_brooke @whatsthEStorey 😆 Good question! This is a Santa one so at least the color makes sense. Red year round would be awkward; yellow definitely would be, too. Seems like most of the ones I‘ve used have been shades of pinks or blues. 5y

Reviewsbylola I know. 😞 When I worked there, it was not uncommon for me to use two at a time to create cool combinations (we called them cocktails), sometimes also with bubble bars/bath melts too. How the mighty have fallen. 😆 It was much easier to keep a good stock when I worked there and got free and discounted ones. 5y

Well, this backfired. 😆😍 In an effort to get a break from my exceptionally rowdy boys, I tossed them their tablets and some snacks and escaped, hoping to grab a bit of peaceful reading time (within earshot, of course).

PenguinInFlight This happens to my sister EVERY. TIME. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ Her little boys have been super rowdy, too. Her oldest is in Pre-K and is sooooo excited about graduation, and the little one is excited because the older one is excited. 6y

Cortg Awe, looking back,those were the good ole‘ days! I remember my daughter informed everyone at storytime that sometimes I locked myself in the bathroom with a book 😂 The librarian agreed with me. Enjoy it, they grow up way too fast! 6y

britt_brooke @Cortg It was actually very sweet. This is my 4 year old who is vey much a momma‘s boy. He first asked if he could touch the water, then if he could put his feet it. I drew the line when he asked if he could take off his pjs and get in. 😆 6y
