My favorite comfort food to make is spaghetti carbonara. It might not be up to an Italian Nonna‘s standards since I make it with bacon instead of pancetta or guanciale, but it‘s freaking delicious just the same. If anyone wants my recipe, let me know!

Strega Nona was very cute, and I also really liked The Hero of Little Street, which has no words but is quite the adventure when a little boy gets sucked into a 17th century painting in Holland. 🇮🇹🇳🇱

this book is a great book to read to your class to learn the importance of listening and also respecting boundaries. And the story big anthony learns how actions have consequences and I think that that is a great lesson for children to learn as well.
