Thriller about three women and one of their husbands have been murdered. There was a nice twist at the end I liked how the book was broken up between the court transcripts and the story.

I heard this book was good and it doesn‘t disappoint. I‘m about halfway through. I never read this author before. My library had her on as part of an author series and she was cool, honest, and edgy.

This book was creepy and fun to read. I loved the alternating chapters of Ewan‘s book and Maggie‘s perspective. Might have liked it better then Final Girls.

Nute Riley Sager is on a roll. All of his books have been well-received and get favorable reviews. I listened to an interview with him on a podcast...he‘s very likeable. 4y

Beach Read was really good. It was a nice love story. There was a deeper story that had to do with Gus and January which gave the book some depth.

I enjoyed the author‘s writing style. The sex scenes between Hillary and Bill were a little too much for me. I didn‘t want that in my head. I also didn‘t want to read about Trump even though he wasn‘t in it for long. I did like how the book was broken up and how it went from past to present.

I had a really hard time getting into this book. I tried the audiobook and had no idea what was going on. Got the ebook which was a better format for me. I liked certain narrators/characters better than others. I enjoyed the concept of it but there was a lot of filler. My eyes just skipped ahead especially during Karla‘s.

I listened to the audiobook. To me it read like an episode of Gossip Girl. I didn‘t mind the book but I think if I read it I may not have liked it as much. It was nice to listen as I was working on my puzzle.

I was not in love with this book. It was good but not great. It was tiring after awhile reading Gentry‘s old English. The story was complex but I had a hard time rooting for a character.

Bailedbailed

The concept of the book sounded interesting. English major turned to advertising to get a job, makes a lot of money. Falls in love with a client.... I put it down and was going to bail but I tried it again. I just couldn‘t get into it. It felt whiny and I didn‘t care about the characters.
