I haven‘t been on in a while. Actually I just decided to come back to post that this is my favorite book I‘ve read so far this year. Unfortunately you can‘t write a blurb about this book without spoilers, and I recommend going into it as blind as I did. Coming in at under 125 pages, this is a short and sweet novella that I Could. Not. Put. Down. #scifi #music #beautifulremorse

BooknerdsLife That sounds intriguing 🙌🏼☺️ #stacked to my TBR! & Welcome back to Litsy 💖🤗 5y

I‘m a little bit late to the game, but here‘s my #shelfie for #riotgrams ! We just moved into a new apartment and finally got the bookcase unboxed (while I was frantically trying to figure out how we‘d fit a 2nd bookcase in here). Boy do I have a lot of things...

#16 “The first book in a new-to-you YA or middle grade series.” #readharder @bookriot also omg I just got a kindle fire for free. Any good recommendations that fall under Kindle Unlimited? :)

HogwartsWhovian I love that trilogy, I read all three on my kindle on holiday two years ago 6y
Mallorybayers @HogwartsWhovian I really liked the paper magician, but not so much the ending honestly. It was kind of frustrating to me when she fell in love with him. 6y

Well. This is a blank white manifesto. It doesn't have an author, and the sticker on the back just says 'Manifesto'. Anyone have info on this? It's really good so far but I literally have no idea who it's by haha. There's a website on the last page, but the website only tells you where to buy a copy! Definitely using this book as my "read a book from a micro press" for the #readharder challenge @bookriot

#riotgrams #bookishtattoos there is no way to explain what this tattoo means to me, so here's the excerpt:
"I thought about waking her.
But it was unnecessary.
There would be other nights.
And how can you say I love you to someone you love?
I rolled onto my side and fell asleep next to her.
Here is the point of everything I have been trying to tell you ... It's always necessary."

Gayan What a beautiful tattoo. 7y

Where I read. Give me a good book and a good beer, and I'm good to go! I must admit I thought it was a little warmer when I decided to go drink and read outside at a bar. #whereiread #riotgrams

Pruzy Beer and books are the best! 7y
Mallorybayers @Pruzy I can agree with you 150% on that! And nobody came up to me to interrupt and ask what I'm reading, so it was a good day. 7y
Pruzy @Mallorybayers 👍Makes it that much better, because most of the time the people asking don't read I bet (at least in my case when I'm walking with a book on the street, makes me regret not bringing a shoulder bag every time I run to the coffeeshop for a quick read over lunch) 7y

#shelfies Can you tell I love Stephen King and McSweeney's? This doesn't begin to cover the books in my car, the books in a drawer at work, the music and film related books on my entertainment center and the books in super random places around my room. #riotgrams Also, I will always cherish my Peebles Classic Library collection from the 70's #3shelvesmissing

Anybody else's bed always look like this? We hosted a swap meet, had a potluck brunch and wrote our state reps about the issues we face as women. It was a fantastic, cathartic day, and I got some great new & old books. You'll be hearing from me Ted Cruz. #readharder

Listening to this today! #readharder "Read a book that is set within 100 miles of your location." So far this book is hilarious and informative. I'm listening to the version that is read by Kinky Friedman himself. Pick this up if you're an Austinite, or if you're thinking about visiting Austin. It's full of history and insights on the best bars, clubs and places to eat.
