A coworker gave me this book, it was her son‘s. I was in the mood for a quick read and this was handy. The main character who is 15 got on my nerves a little with her anxiety and I felt bad for her boyfriend who seems like a good guy. Then it ended with a cliffhanger. There‘s 5 more books in a series. So much for a quick read lol.

I felt like I was going in circles with this book. The main character was getting on my nerves. I rated this book a 2 out of 5 stars.

I remember very vividly seeing this book at the Scholastic Book Fair and NEEDING it. I guess my brain has always been wired for spookiness. THEN, the movie starring 90s TV royalty Kellie Martin came out when I was a high school freshman and everyone was obsessed with it. 😂 This newer cover (I think the figure looks like she‘s screaming) sure amps up the creepiness. #scarathlondailyprompts #scream #teamslaughter

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I loved this audiobook!! This is the story of a 15 year old girl who sees her face on a milk carton saying she was kidnapped when she was 3.5 years old. The book follows her through her struggle to decide how to handle this information. She loves her “parents”. Does she remain quiet to protect them or say something and turn everyone‘s lives upside down. Excited to read the rest of the series.

I read this one the other day! I guess idk it was one of four so now it looks like I‘m going to have to take a trip to Barnes and Noble and get the rest!!!🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Pretty good book. I remember reading and loving this one back in elementary school and decided to give it another try. It's just the right amount of action and emotion to keep even an adult reader interested

I'll read the first 4 in the Janie series (Face on the Milk Carton, Whatever Happened to Janie, Voice on the Radio and What Janie Found), an ARC copy of Dark Oblivion by GK deRosa and finally #GhostVirus from #NetGalley.

I remember reading the first book in the series a while ago amd liking it. I found the series at a library book sale and thought why not give them a try?

I was pretty underwhelmed by this, even though I never had high expectations. I felt like the mystery was too obvious, though that could be because I'm really used to reading more complicated mysteries. It was an okay read, but really not that special ~ 3 stars

Though Janie drove me nuts at times, this is an interesting story about a young girl who sees her own face on a milk carton -- she was kidnapped and had no idea. I read this a long time ago, but I must have liked it because I read the whole series! Fun mystery series for kids. 4/5 stars

Finished The Face on the Milk Carton and it was a so-so book for me. I thought the suspense was good but I found I craved more from the storyline. Everyone can also enjoy the lovely combo pic of myself and two book besties. Last seen roaming the aisles of a bookstore, if found approach cautiously with a book in hand!!

Reading this book with my son (it's part of a class novel study). It was a little hard to get into...but by the middle of the book I did not want to put it down! Excited for him to catch up so we can discuss!!!

While the story idea itself was intriguing, the main character's indecision absolutely drove me nuts. More than likely won't read the rest of the series, but it was a fairly decent read.

A little "light" reading. Almost hooked. Almost...
