I purchased A nice Cup of Tea based on title and cover. Then found out it was third in a series so I had to get the other two. Haven‘t read them yet, tho! All three #BeginsWithN

I enjoyed Celia Imre's first novel, Not Quite Nice, and this was an entertaining sequel. Didn't require any thought and that's about perfect right now.
With everything that's going on at the moment, I needed an easy read to take my mind off it.
This isn't the sort of book I normally go for but it did the trick and now I'm desperate to go back to Nice!
Not the most amazing book, but plenty of characters and story lines, and all set in the French Riveria which makes it better!
A very slow read that doesn‘t seem to flow. As a reader I wasn‘t captivated by the story or the setting, and there were too many characters involved.

I just love these books. Madcap adventures, grown up people with lives and friends and interests! M O R E !
Please someone make these into a television series ❤️
Some "Mexican" accoutrements for our dinner.
I think I've used up all my sociability reserves for the foreseeable future ? -- I REALLY want to get back to my book. It's noisy and crowded and our server comes once every 45 minutes (he forgot to ever bring my ginger margarita ?)
Good old fashioned fried Mexican food = heaven! #booksanddinner
