I finally finished my #cbbc book- it will be mailed out this week. It was ok- not my favorite cozy but I‘m also vegan so that may be impacting my opinion 🤣 I also did not feel very invested in the way the mystery was solved.

I have to say, the title of this one says it all 🤣 I guess it just wasn‘t my kind of book. I love reading about food, but this one didn‘t do much for me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Reading and green mint tea while Nova licks a peanut butter bone. The green mint is from@the only tea plantation in the US- Charleston Tea. It is one of the very few green teas I enjoy. #mrbook1inamillion #litsypartyofone #24b4monday

Andrew65 I‘m trying to improve health and drink green tea. 5y
BethM @Andrew65 I‘ve found it‘s important to find a kind you like but to also have an electric teapot that can heat the water to the appropriate temp. Over steeping green tea is easy to do and makes it taste awful. 5y
Andrew65 @BethM Yes I‘m still in the exploring stage. Thanks for the advice. 5y

Sharpeipup I enjoy the Charleston tea too! Dragged all my inlaws there for a tour once. 5y
Lynnsoprano An electric teapot is so great. Any tea tastes better when I use it. 5y
Kaila-ann I keep meaning to visit Charleston Tea but I may just have to go by myself, no one else ever seems to want to go with me 🤷🏻‍♀️ lol. 5y
BethM @Kaila-ann I‘m not local or I‘d go. It‘s super cool! 5y

Feeling accomplished. Have all my shopping done for the #allhallowsreadswap and for my next round of #coffeebeanbookclub. I'll have my #coffeebeanbookclub package sent off tomorrow. Now relaxing under a blanket since the temps are a bit chilly here in NE Ohio. Hope everyone is having a cozy fall sunday and getting in as much reading as you want!

Sleepswithbooks This looks so cozy 😊 5y
Avanders 👆🏽👆🏽 it sure does! I can‘t wait for (even) cooler days 🎃🖤 5y

Does anyone have this problem where they start off really strong in the beginning of the year with their reading goal and then burn out by summer/fall? I have 35 books left to read by the end of the year and guys the struggle is for real right now. Any tips or suggestions are always welcomed. Xoxo

ravenlee When I feel like I‘m barely making any headway, I like to read some middle grade novels. They go quickly and still feel like full stories. Graphic novels give me a boost, too, but I‘m really picky about them. Good luck! 5y
Lucy_Anywhere I find reading novellas is a good way of getting a boost - a couple of hours will get you a book closer to your goal! 5y
Jhullie Audible. I listen when my eyes are too tired to focus. I have headphones for vacuuming and put my phone in my pocket while hanging out my laundry to keep ‘reading‘ while doing chores as well as the usual commute to and from work. 5y
Cailey_Mac Audible for sure! I find it difficult to follow fantasy books unless I‘m resting, but I can do chores and such listening to any contemporary or non fiction work; it‘s a great way to get books done in s timely fashion without feeling like you‘re “wasting” time. 5y
