I wanted Jace to join me again for #FoodAndLit this month but I couldn‘t find any children‘s books about Botswana at the library. I found a website with a children‘s book called The Peculiar Tree which has 10 stories written by people in Botswana & is available to download for free (will post link below) & you can read it on your kindle or iBooks. Jace and I have been reading a few stories every day & he seemed to enjoy them. 4⭐️ ⬇️

First up for my #GNReadathon are 2 of the bad kitty graphic novels. I have a fondness for black cats because of my cat Chipper 🐈‍⬛ and I read some of these board books to Jace and thought they were funny. So I grabbed these 2 from the library. As a cat lover there is lots to relate to here about cats not wanting to take a bath 😆 These are great for kids 8+. 4⭐️

This is a review for A Man & His Cat Vol 6-10. This is THE cutest freaking series and if you love cats then you have to read it. If I could sum the series up in one word, I would say J-O-Y. 😻🫶🏻 5⭐️

I wasn't expecting too much from this fairly short read, however, it grabbed my attention from the start. Due to the length of the book, the characters were fairly shallowly developed, & it wasn't as scary as I hoped though, & for that reason I have rated it 3⭐
